Bill Gates' Rules

Here is a movie, summing up Bill Gates' rules and thoughts!
According to him, these rules could not be learnt in school!

About Bill Gates

Bill Gates' father was a prominent lawyer, and his mother served on the board of directors for First Interstate BancSystem and the United Way. Being a lawyer, his father wanted a law career for his son too! But he chose something else. Working for IBM, making BASIC language and working on MITS made his way through his Microsoft career.

He married Melinda French and decided to donate 50% of his income to a charity, thus, marking his name in the world's one of the most prominent donors.

Why Bill Gates inspires me?

Bill Gates is all in one a very good businessman and intelligent man. He didn't follow rules made by the world! He didn't follow anyone! He did everything which he liked!

He was a so-called nerd in school. He wore big glasses, hair touching his forehead, and was a weak guy. Did anyone know, this middle class boy, was to become a multi-millionaire in the future?

The first and the foremost thing for which I admire him is that he didn't follow rules created by the world. Rules, obviously, are important. But not following a rule here means, that, everyone follows one and other in their life, but for Bill Gates, he left his university and ended up to be the world's richest man! He encourages lazy people, unlike the world, he says, they are the best to recruit as they will find an easier method to do a job!

All of his quotes are well known. He gave most of them at the time of giving speeches in his company or at schools and colleges. One of the quote he said to some children of a school was that people should never bully nerds, they might end up working under one of them.

Yes, it is true to a great extent!

He made a tic-tac-toe game against computer at the age of 13. I did it at the age of 12, but against computer? Being 14, I still haven't managed that! I maybe good at computers, but thinking of him, I can say, I still have a tough competition ahead. This makes me perform even better. Once on the track of self-confidence, it makes the journey easy! Who taught me all this, obviously Bill Gates!

Some even might take his success the other way, they may say "it's so tough, he had to go through many difficulties and ups and downs, how will we do that?" But it is a view of perspective as "He has done, why can't I?" can solve the problem.

From leaving college to working under a company, he learnt many things and got to know about the world. His experience witnessed a great rise! For those who are reading, I would request don't leave your university. He had confidence in him and was able to manage to succeed in his own company.

He is surely the one of the best self-made millionaires in the world!

He mirrored his life experiences in words by writing the following two books

1) Business @ the speed of thought
This book explains the evolution of digital data management transformed business and a web lifestyle that will take shape over the years. He also laid stress on how computers have affected everything from hospital care to fighter planes.

.

2) The Road Ahead
He laid stress on how the future will profoundly change with the arrival of 'global information superhighway'.

I, myself, having an interest in writings and autobiographies of famous people, encouraged his both the books.

His books let us live the future! Both of them lay stress on the future of computers! The world is fully dependent on computers, even today, and will be more in the future. The advancement in computers and technology will change the whole society!

The future is unpredictable, but technology will establish densely, is the only thing that can be predicted!

At last, with his inspiration, hard work and intelligence, I was able to quote a sentence myself - "Don't depend on future, make the future depend on you!"
